Shir-Time Parties is located in beautiful downtown Listowel. Starting as the Paper Factory in 1989 and changed to Shir-Time Parties in 1995.  As the wedding industry changed, we began to purchase more wedding rentals and started decorating. Now we specialize in providing rental and retail supplies as well as creating the perfect atmosphere for your special event. Shir-Time Parties is owned and operated by Shirley Hutton. With many years experience in the Wedding Decoration and Co-ordination business, Shirley has been an integral part in making many couples' wishes and ideas come to life. shirly is very familiar with the local halls, table sizes and ceilings.
